While Aoi sat quietly with her brilliant saphire eyes fixed on Aja, the Hermit took out a knife from a deep pocket of his jacket and held it ready. "I will child. You rest now."

Aja saw the knife. "No!" she screamed. There was intense fear in her eyes.

"i see im nto welcome here. aja u aheva choice come with me or stay here" *he turns half dragon*

"I am too weak. Afraid to leave. Stay Kai, I need you."

"i cant if i feel threatened by them...u know where to find me" *he flies off*

"Mistress Fuyu, I need him." Aja tries to stand but collapses in Aoi's arms.

*kai agaisnt his will flies off to the resutraunt landing on the roof and turns to normal then heads to his room feelinga big hole inside him*

Aja began to cry because she missed Kai.

"I would fetch him back if I could, but you are too weak to be left alone." Aoi's eyes then sparkled as she thought of something. "And my friend is just guarding in case that one wakes up hostile. Do not be alarmed at what I am going to do. I am going to summon a Shade that looks, acts and talks just like me." A blue mist appeared behind Aoi and then condensed to become just like Aoi. Aoi nodded to the shade and it went off to find Kai.

*kai was holed up in his room angry nad sad at the same time*

"I need him. I want him to understand our ways."

*he was called down to cook the food but he said he wasnt feeling good and couldnt cook ebcause his arm was still dead of energy*

"He will come back with the shade, do not worry." Aoi said kindly.
The Shade walked up to Kai's place and knocked on the door.

Aja closed her eyes and rested. Slowly her strength was returning to her.

*he walks to the door* "look i just need some rest and" *opens the door seeing tis u and angrily puts a bear bone in his mouth getting bear paws adn claws*

Aja began to dream, it was the same dream she always had. A dream about when her parents were murdered by Miles and another man. She woke up screaming. "Mama, Papa, NO!"

"You must come back. The Hermit has moved the unconscious one to another location. Aja needs you Kai." The Shade said

"u held a knife out ready to strike! there snow ay im goin back there until u explain why i was ignored. why i was denied my cahcne tos ee her, why aja was taken away from me"

"No time for explainations. Aja needs you."

"Shhhhh, child, it is alright." Aoi soothed. The Hermit had left already with the unknown one.

*is pissed off but goes back anyway using the bone of the bird to fly there* "there im back now explain!"

The Shade disappates and Kai sees the real Aoi sitting with Aja, trying to calm her from her nightmare.

*he makes sure aja is ok cautious of aoi*
