here u place some battle terms like limits, battle scenery, stuff like that

then below is the character bios based off the template in characters topic

after both bios are posted both must agree on the terms and who they are facing (some characters are so powered they can beat another with 1 hit)

if there is a disagreement speak to a neutral officer or if 1 is not around a neutral member who is not biased
